 Tagging a deprecated package seems to work, although the tag listing is
 suppressed on the NPM page.

 }}}

 Running `npm run sync-gutenberg-packages -- --dist-tag=wp-6.3` in wp-dev
 discovered the packages that have been recently published and completed
 error free. It throws the deprecation warning and moves on.
