Comment:

 While #57373 has been committed, there is an ongoing discussion that needs
 to be resolved before this ticket is unblocked.

 In the meantime, @ironprogrammer do you think we need some testing
 information for this ticket to help the Test Team, or is a before/after
 comparison of `get_pages()` calls with various arguments sufficient?
