 This is really valuable feedback and great to share here with the crew
 early on to ensure milestones are being hit on time to avoid any last-
 minute frenzy.

 Especially if the header & style exploration are started earlier. So I'd
 suggest a content deadline of **Feb 14th** — this is beta 2, so hopefully
 at this point we know what features will be in the release.

 start building the page until the night before RC1, and this builds in
 some buffer for delays and/or iterations. Also, this is meant to start a
 discussion so we can all be on the same page, not dictate deadlines.
