 No that's a separate Trac ticket.

 [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/3789 PR 3789] is a
 backport from Gutenberg. Is #56910 then iterating on top of that? Or is
 something different?

 I'm asking because may want to point PR 3789 to that ticket too.
