 Based on a support thread on ACF: [acf_form image upload not showing in
 gallery]https://support.advancedcustomfields.com/forums/topic/acf_form-
 image-upload-not-showing-in-gallery/, that looks like it may also be your
 support thread, I'm going to say that this is an ACF problem, and that
 it's solved on their end. If there are any further issues here for core,
 don't hesitate to reopen.
