 I am trying to update my email address on the WordPress.org site from this
 page:

 https://wordpress.org/support/users/username/edit/account/?screen=email

 (Replace username with the actual username)

 This sends a confirmation email to my new email address, but clicking on
 it fails with the following error:

 "You attempted to access the "WordPress.org Forums" dashboard, but you do
 not currently have privileges on this site. If you believe you should be
 able to access the "WordPress.org Forums" dashboard, please contact your
 network administrator."
