 That link comes from the Ultimate Member plugin, and the Lighthouse
 warning/error was reported on the plugin support forum:
 https://wordpress.org/support/topic/uncrawlable-link-from-um-on-every-
 page-of-website/

 They have a GitHub repository if you would like to open an issue there:
 https://github.com/ultimatemember/ultimatemember/issues

 Because this is not related to core, 'invalid' is the most appropriate
 resolution.
