 Mockup of tags (and categories) Bulk edit. I suggest previewing what tags
 are applied to all/part/none of the tags. I am not pretending that I like
 this mockup very mush, but my general idea is adding a bit more
 information and apply logic, which is widely used now to add new items to
 some lists. It can be implemented to the categories as well. Because
 categories and tags can be transferred to each other, they can be handled
 in a pretty similar way.
