Comment (by afragen):

 A big hurdle has been overcome due to #57375 and #57557 having been
 committed.

 The Rollback Update Failure plugin has been updated to take advantage of
 these tickets having been merged. I have modified it so that the plugin
 now requires WP 6.2-beta1.

 Also, if you were testing the Rollback Update Failure plugin and needed
 the Faster Updates plugin, this is no longer a requirement and the Faster
 Updates plugin may be deleted.
