Comment:

 The Privacy page and links to it were added on #40794. (See
 comment:43:ticket:40794.)

 Ideally, those tab-like links in the about pages would be as short as
 possible.

 On the other hand, the same
 [https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/dev/admin/en-
 gb/default/?filters%5Boriginal_id%5D=1522 translatable string] was reused
 for the privacy //settings// pages. Differentiating them might help.
