 I'm not really convinced here... Adding "update" (in whatever form) to the
 button might cause confusion because updating is normally actually done on
 the screen that has the button (in the list of plugins). Also, the button
 first brings the user to the screen to install a new plugin, it only
 happens to be supported that the "Upload plugin" on that screen can then
 be used to update a plugin manually as well. This is certainly not the
 most common scenario.
