 Hello

 For several versions now, we can update a plugin (and theme) by using the
 "add new plugin" feature.
 I think we should find a better wording because the button is not only to
 add a new plugin, we can update one too.
 At first, we could change the label button to "Add new or update a plugin"
 but it's quite long label
