 Thanks for sharing the details! Those two plugins were also using `null`
 in `add_submenu_page()`, and both already corrected the type (in
 [https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/2931134/ Header Footer
 version 1.1.33] and [https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/wp-google-
 places-review-slider/tags/12.5/admin/class-wp-google-reviews-
 admin.php?marks=273,279#L273 Google Review version 12.5]).
