Comment:

 Updated version to `6.3`, to align with the credits update that introduced
 this to 6.3.x and 6.4-beta/RC.

 @desrosj and @SergeyBiryukov, for the 6.3 noteworthy contributors, was
 there someone whose credit might be shifted from `contributing-developers`
 up to `core-developers`?
