 It appears to be added in [https://developer.wordpress.org/wp-
 admin/revision.php?revision=125371 this revision], which included some
 changes transferred from Codex.

 The original change

 was done on Codex in December 2015], perhaps mistakenly. So it I think we
 can remove this from the DevHub explanation.
