 Hi,

 Tested the patch and it's working fine. With Twenty Ten Theme, the color
 of the Add Block button(plus icon) is appearing white after the fix.

 **Test Environment:**
 WordPress: 6.2
 Theme: Twenty Ten
 OS: MacOS
 Browser: Chrome
