 Still present in 6.2.

 1. Spin up a new 6.2 site (no plugins, core theme)
 2. Ensure permalink settings are set to Post name on wp-admin/options-
 permalink.php
 3. Create a new page titled permalink-test
 4. Create a new post titled permalink-test
 5. Observe that the unique post IDs share the same slug and conflict
