  So basically what I have is wordpress core 6.2 but of course, since wp-
 content wasn't updated it thinks I need to update.

 It shows a WordPress Core update is necessary? Or a theme update?

 If a WordPress Core update, what version does it show you running at the
 bottom right of `Dashboard > Updates`?
