 [attachment:"shim-for-testing.diff"] is a shim that helps testing this
 bug: it disables WebP support manually for Imagick, with this applied, and
 a GD engine that supports WebP, WebP output will fail on trunk but work
 after [attachment:"54476.4.diff"]
