Comment:

 Reopening this to address an issue that was raised post beta 1.

 https://github.com/wp-cli/search-replace-command/issues/173.

 Looks like `global_terms_enabled()` was incorrectly moved to `ms-
 deprecated.php`, when that should have been moved to just
 `deprecated.php`.
