 I ran into this today when I tried to refer a forum user to this specific
 part of a handbook page:


 https://wordpress.org/support/article/navigation-block/#manage-menus-
 delete-rename

 What happened instead is that the link was stripped back to this when it
 got embedded:

 https://wordpress.org/support/article/navigation-block/

 We have such great anchors all over the handbooks – would be great if we
 could use them in the forums without having to use workarounds.
