 I don't think [54189] is correct. As noted in comment:17:

 [https://wordpress.org/support/article/network-admin-sites-screen/ Network
 Admin Sites Screen].

 These are different screens, so one link is not a replacement for the
 other. As far as I can tell, there is no replacement for the former link
 at this time.
