 I18N: Remove `<code>` tags from translatable strings in
 `WP_List_Table::get_views_links()`.

 To simplify the strings and exclude any parts that don't require
 translation, the `<code>` tags wrapping a placeholder can be moved out of
 the string and added to the placeholder value.

 Follow-up to [54215].
