 Currently, plugin external links open in the same WordPress dashboard tab
 or window thus breaking work continuity. [https://prnt.sc/ICisfQ-_TsFo
 Examples]

 Based on industry standards, and to eliminate the above, would it be
 possible to update your code to require that all plugin external links
 open in a new tab or window?
