 The vote was five in favor of allowing accessibility-ready on block-based
 themes and one against; while I greatly respect Alex's opinion, I don't
 think his concerns about the back-end should block this.

 We should keep in mind that a breakage to the accessibility of WordPress
 block output will impact all block themes, so those failures are quite
 serious, but as it stands now the theme meets all expected criteria.
