 Extends support for `margin` and `padding` to include logical properties:
 * `margin-block-start`
 * `margin-block-end`
 * `margin-inline-start`
 * `margin-inline-end`
 * `padding-block-start`
 * `padding-block-end`
 * `padding-inline-start`
 * `padding-inline-end`
