 What testing is needed to approve this PR?

 First, I think this would be easier to test, and give us more time to
 test, if the new theme support could be back ported from Gutenberg to core
 as early as possible.

 How can we notify contributors to this ticket, when the theme support is
 available for testing?


 I am mostly wondering about possibly conflicting CSS that is already in
 the themes,
 Are there conflicts that are considered acceptable?

 I also expect that this PR would solve other reported bundled theme
 issues:
