 I've opened two additional tickets:
 1. Trac #56513 to add the attributes in WP 6.1.
 2. Trac #56514 to fix the magic methods used in the test suite in WP 6.1.

 I've also linked the currently open PRs to those new tickets.

 With that set up, this ticket will now be moved out of the WP 6.1
 milestone again and back to WP 6.2
