 Thanks for looking into those @adamsilverstein.  That goes a long way to
 alleviate my concerns about the thumbnail regeneration!

 Quick question, as I've lost track of a detail in the current plan:

 If someone uploads a JPG image, will the original file stay as-is?  Or is
 it going to be converted to WebP and then deleted?  Or will a WebP
 ''also'' be generated (in the same size), and the JPG will stay on the
 server?
