 As far as I see these changes are only to build/test functionality, not to
 "production" files. They will not affect how WP works, so don't think they
 need a second committer sign-off for backporting.

 At the same time I don';t seer how the changes can be tested (locally).
 The only way seems to be to leave them in trunk for coupe days and see how
 they work. Perhaps can be backported after?
