 Follow up to #56532.

 The WordPress Security Team will cease providing updates for WordPress
 versions 3.7 – 4.0 as of December 1, 2022.

 The new strings were added for translation preparation in #56532 and need
 to be implemented for display in WordPress versions 3.7 through 4.0
