 As per today's bug scrub:

 [https://github.com/WordPress/twentytwentythree/pull/236 TT3 PR236] is
 probably the best we can do in this major release cycle. Let's move this
 ticket to milestone 6.1.1 when the related changes in TT3 are committed to
 trunk.
