Comment:

 Going to close this ticket as it has not seen any recent activity and
 seems related to memory allocation, which is configurable. It's possible
 7.1 required more resources than other versions which likely surfaced this
 issue initially. If this is still a problem please feel free to reopen
 this ticket!
