 Good point @KZeni, regarding some plugin menu items being better shown
 than hidden under the more menu... Why not give the user the option of
 arranging, even hiding, them? I think this is really robust, since the
 problem isn't really about reducing the space as much as being able to
 manage it. Since all plugins can add a single icon there, we end up at the
 same place.

 Just some thoughts and I realize I'm not contributing any code :)
