Since the original problem in Twenty Twenty-Three has been fixed, I'm
going to close this out and move it back to 6.1.
It's unclear whether the intention was for this block to be included in
6.1 as stable. I've asked for
[https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/C02QB2JS7/p1668008088616909
clarification in Slack].
That said, the upstream issue on GitHub
([https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/44618 44618]) is currently
in the "Bumped to 6.2" column of the
[https://github.com/orgs/WordPress/projects/46 6.1 Editor Tasks board]. I
think discussion around when and how to include move this block to stable
in Core itself can take place on that issue.
