 Hi!

 Thank you for the report.
 I can reproduce this behavior in WordPress 6.1.
 I can not reproduce it in 5.9.5.

 It doesn't matter which block is the first block inside the group, and it
 happens in both the site editor and block editor.


 Since this is related to the editor and to the group block, let's move
 this issue to the Gutenberg GitHub repository.
