 There is an upstream PR to include the `post-author-name` block in Core
 here: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/45008

 To clarify, Twenty Twenty-Three is currently using the `post-author`
 block, which is included in Core. However, it would be great to use the
 improved `post-author-name` block in this and other themes, which is what
 the above Gutenberg PR addresses.
