 Also adding that the changelog was not updated as part of the last
 release, this can be validated by visiting
 https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/get_page_by_title/#changelog
 as well as via the docblock of the existing function in core.

 Consideration should be made to add the relevant item to the function
 docblock, i.e:
