 Are the file-permission errors related to specific files (it looks that
 way from the associated forum post, but my German is not great, so I don't
 trust it fully).

 If that is the case, then that would be a possible explanation for the
 different reports, as the Site Health only checks directory-permissions
 (where WordPress' own `wp_is_writable` is used, so if the whole folder is
 incorrectly being reported as writable, we may need to dig a bit deeper
 there, but I would like to have confirmation about what content is giving
 issues first before we go down that route).
