 Hi @andreamarrano and welcome to trac!

 I am having trouble reproducing your report. Are you able to test on a
 site running a default theme (such as Twenty Twenty-One) with all plugins
 disabled?

 If you are calling `wp_get_nav_menu_items()` with the second parameter,
 `$args`, set are you able to provide a code sample too?
