 Thanks for the report! I was able to reproduce the error in 5.9, but it
 seems to have been fixed for 6.0.

 Because this involves the block editor interface, the report would belong
 in the [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues Gutenberg
 repository] instead of Trac. GB35677 is related, though that was marked as
 fixed before 5.9's release.
