 I don't quite understand what you are saying.

 Can you describe the issue a bit further? Are you trying to insert an
 image in the post editor and the media library doesn't load? What happens
 if you go to the media library directly? Some steps to reproduce the issue
 and screenshots would help troubleshooters better understand the issue you
 are having.

 Do you still see the issue if you disable all plugins?

 Do you see any errors in your browser console?
