 Hi @RaymondDay, welcome to Trac!

 Could you be a bit more specific as to where you're trying to drag and
 drop videos? Please provide as many detailed steps as possible so that
 other contributors can go through and reliably reproduce the problem that
 you're seeing.

 Also, please verify that the issue still occurs when all plugins are
 disabled and a default theme is used.
