 In the legacy Categories widget, users and developers were able to use the
 {{{
 widget_categories_args
 }}}
 \\
 filter to modify the results. For instance, they were able to exclude
 specific categories or display empty categories.

 Would be nice if this filter could also be used by the new category block.
