Comment:

 We reviewed this ticket today during the Accessibility Team's weekly bug-
 scrub.
 The PR probably needs to be refreshed, as there are changes to the
 `package-lock.json` file which should not be included with the patch.
 Still, I'm adding the `needs-testing`  label to bring a few extra eyes on
 this ticket to see if it solves the issue.
