Comment:

 Given how long ago active contributions happened in this ticket and that
 it needs testing instructions for testers to properly test it to reproduce
 the issue and validate if the patch resolves it, moving this ticket back
 to `Future Release`.

 Once step-by-step testing instructions are provided, this one is ready to
 move back into a major release cycle.
