 Apologies if I missed it, but I'm curious what the reason is for using the
 error suppression operator with `filesize()` in [52837]? The two calls to
 `filesize()` that were replaced with `wp_filesize()` didn't use it, and it
 seems to go against other efforts such as #24780.
