Comment:

 This was discussed today in a triage session.

 There's still a little to do prior to release but we can keep it on the
 milestone for now.

 * There are a few unit tests failing relating to `the_title`
 * If not already, adding the site tag to the installation screens would be
 good too
 * Ensure the tagline is optional
