 Hello @stfa76, and thank you for opening this ticket,

 It looks like the issue doesn't comes from WordPress Core but from the
 Site Health feature plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/).

 Could you please verify if it still occurs on the site health screen once
 this feature plugin is deactivated? Thank you :)
