 We tried to reproduce this issue on WP 5.9.1 and 5.8.2 but couldn't
 reproduce

 * Theme: Twenty Twenty One
 * Gutenberg Editor
 * Plugin: WP Downgrade

 === Steps to test
 1. Opened the post
 2. Clicked on title and press CTRL+A
 3. Was able to edit the title
